Weatherford Independent School District Adult Education Programs

Weatherford ISD Adult Education & Literacy, is a Texas Workforce Commission funded program that resides as a department of Weatherford ISD. WISD AEL proudly serves the counties of Parker, Palo Pinto and Wise by providing English as a Second Language (ESL), High School Equivalency (HSE), Career Pathway (CPW) certification classes and Workplace Literacy. WISD AEL is an ongoing program that runs classes all year round with student enrollment every week that offers online and face-to-face classes.

English as a Second Language (ESL) is a component of Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) programs designed to help non-native English speakers improve their English language skills.
